Chatham Oaks, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that offers both residential (RCF) and supported community living (SCL) services to individuals with a chronic mental illness.  Services can be provided to individuals 18 years and older from any county or state if they meet the admission criteria and funding is approved.

 

Chatham Oaks is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals served.  Chatham Oaks staff monitor both physical and mental health needs, assist in securing necessary services and offer skill building opportunities so each individual can achieve their highest potential.  Our goal is to improve the quality of life and enhance the self sufficiency of each individual in the chosen environments of their lives.
